    12 days From Casablanca to desert

    Day 1: Arrival in Casablanca – Rabat

    Begin your journey in Casablanca, where you’ll visit the stunning Hassan II Mosque, a masterpiece of modern Islamic architecture overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Travel to Rabat, Morocco’s capital, to explore its highlights, including the Hassan Tower, Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the historic Kasbah of the Udayas, a charming district with Andalusian-inspired architecture. Overnight in Rabat.

    Day 2: Rabat – Chefchaouen (4 hours)

    Travel north to Chefchaouen, the famous “Blue City” nestled in the Rif Mountains. Along the way, enjoy views of rolling hills and traditional villages. Upon arrival, explore the medina’s blue-washed streets, a photographer’s paradise. Visit landmarks such as the Kasbah Museum and the central Outa El Hammam Square. Chefchaouen offers a tranquil atmosphere and local crafts, including handwoven textiles and leather goods. Overnight in Chefchaouen.

    Day 3: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes (5 hours)

    Depart Chefchaouen and head to Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site showcasing the ruins of an ancient Roman city. Admire its stunning mosaics, basilica, and triumphal arch. Continue to Meknes, an imperial city known for its monumental gates, including the iconic Bab Mansour, and the Royal Granaries. Arrive in Fes in the evening, where you’ll settle into a traditional riad.

    Day 4: Guided Tour of Fes

    Spend the day exploring Fes, Morocco’s spiritual and cultural capital. Visit the Fes el-Bali medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and its labyrinth of narrow streets filled with mosques, souks, and artisan workshops.     Day 5: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Ziz Valley – Merzouga (7 hours)

    Leave Fes and journey through the Middle Atlas Mountains, passing Ifrane, often called “Little Switzerland” for its alpine architecture. Stop in Azrou to see the cedar forests and Barbary macaques. Continue through the Ziz Valley, a lush palm grove oasis, before arriving in Merzouga, the gateway to the Erg Chebbi dunes. Take a camel trek into the desert to watch the sunset and spend the night in a traditional Berber camp under the stars.

    Day 6: Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges

    Wake up early for a magical sunrise in the desert. Depart for the stunning Todra Gorges, a canyon with towering rock walls popular with hikers and climbers. Continue to the Dades Gorges, known for its unique rock formations, including the “Monkey Fingers.” Enjoy a leisurely walk or take in the views from a scenic overlook. Overnight in a local guesthouse.

    Day 7: Dades Gorges – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech

    Travel along the “Road of a Thousand Kasbahs,” stopping at Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO-listed fortified village famous for its role in films like Gladiator and Game of Thrones. Explore its winding streets and ancient earthen architecture. Cross the Tizi n’Tichka Pass in the High Atlas Mountains, enjoying breathtaking views, before arriving in Marrakech. Overnight in a riad.

    Day 8: Guided Tour of Marrakech

    Explore the vibrant city of Marrakech with a local guide. Visit landmarks like the Koutoubia Mosque, the Bahia Palace, and the Saadian Tombs. Stroll through the Majorelle Garden, a serene oasis designed by French artist Jacques Majorelle.     Day 9: Excursion to Essaouira

    Day 10: Excursion to Ouzoud Waterfalls

    Day 11: Marrakech – Casablanca

    Day 12: Departure from Casablanca Airport

    Transfer to Casablanca’s Mohammed V International Airport for your departure.
