Your journey begins with a warm welcome at Errachidia Airport or your hotel. You will drive south through the beautiful Ziz Valley, famous for its endless palm groves, ancient ksours, and traditional Berber villages. Several stops are made for panoramic views and photos. Continue through Erfoud, a town known for fossils and date products, before arriving in Merzouga, at the edge of the majestic Erg Chebbi sand dunes.
In the late afternoon, enjoy a memorable camel trek across the dunes as the sun sets over the Sahara. You reach your desert camp, where you enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner, Berber music by the campfire, and a magical night in a private desert tent.

Wake up early to watch the incredible sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, return by camel or 4×4 to the village. Today is dedicated to discovering the desert region. You will visit a nomad family living in traditional tents, explore Khamlia village to enjoy spiritual Gnawa music, and discover fossil sites around the area.
You will also visit Rissani, a historic town with a lively traditional souk and local market. In the afternoon, you have free time to relax, walk in the dunes, or enjoy optional activities such as quad biking or sandboarding. Dinner and overnight at a hotel or camp in Merzouga.

After breakfast, leave the desert and travel toward the Atlas Mountains. Stop in Rissani (if not visited the previous day) and continue through desert towns and palm valleys. Visit the spectacular Todgha Gorges, where massive limestone canyon walls rise dramatically on both sides of a clear river. Enjoy a walk through the gorge and time for photos.
Continue to the scenic Dades Valley, famous for its kasbahs, rock formations, and winding mountain roads known as the “Monkey Fingers.” Enjoy dinner and relax in a charming hotel overlooking the valley.

After breakfast, travel through the beautiful Valley of Roses and the Skoura Oasis on the way to Ouarzazate, the gateway to the Sahara and Morocco’s film capital. Visit the Taourirt Kasbah (optional) before continuing to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou, the most famous kasbah in Morocco and filming location for many international movies.
In the afternoon, cross the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, stopping for panoramic views and photos. Arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon or evening, where your driver will drop you off at your riad or hotel.
