Day 1: Arrival in Fes

Upon arrival at Fes Airport, you’ll be welcomed by your guide/driver and transferred to your riad or hotel in the heart of the medina. Enjoy the evening at your leisure, exploring the city’s vibrant atmosphere or relaxing after your journey.

Day 2: Guided Tour of Fes

Spend the day discovering Fes, Morocco’s spiritual and cultural capital. Visit the ancient Fes el-Bali (Old Medina), a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its narrow alleys, bustling souks, and historic madrasas like Al Quaraouiyine University and Bou Inania Madrasa. Explore the Chouara Tanneries, royal palaces, and the Jewish Quarter (Mellah). Overnight in your riad.

Day 3: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Ziz Valley – Merzouga

Depart from Fes, traveling through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane, nicknamed the “Switzerland of Morocco,” and visit the cedar forest in Azrou to see Barbary macaques. Cross the Ziz Valley, famous for its date palms, and arrive in Merzouga by evening. Enjoy a camel trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes at sunset, followed by dinner and an overnight stay in a luxury desert camp.

Day 4: Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges

Witness the sunrise over the dunes and return to Merzouga for breakfast. Travel to Rissani, a traditional market town, and continue to the spectacular Todra Gorges, known for their towering canyon walls. Enjoy a walk along the gorge before heading to the Dades Gorges, where you’ll spend the night in a charming guesthouse.

Day 5: Dades Gorges – Kelaat M’Gouna – Skoura – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech

Drive through the Valley of Roses in Kelaat M’Gouna, famous for its rose products, and stop at the Skoura Oasis to visit the Kasbah Amridil. Continue to Ouarzazate, the “Hollywood of Africa,” and explore the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou, an ancient fortified village. Cross the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass before arriving in Marrakech. Overnight in a traditional riad.

Day 6:Guided Tour of Marrakech

Enjoy a full-day guided tour of Marrakech, the “Red City.” Visit iconic sites like the Koutoubia Mosque, Saadian Tombs, and Bahia Palace. Explore the lively Jemaa el-Fnaa square, Majorelle Garden, and the vibrant souks. Overnight in your riad.

Day 7: Excursion to Essaouira

Take a day trip to the charming coastal town of Essaouira, known for its relaxed vibe, blue-and-white architecture, and fresh seafood. Explore the medina, Skala fortress, and the picturesque harbor. Return to Marrakech for an overnight stay.

Day 8: Departure from Marrakech

Depending on your flight time, enjoy a leisurely morning in Marrakech before being transferred to the airport for your departure.
